Unlock Your Home's Equity to Fund Your Future
We handle HECM, reverse mortgage, refinance, first and second lien loans helping seniors 62+ access the equity they have built to cover care, housing, and daily living costs.
Understanding Your Options
What Is a Reverse Mortgage?
A reverse mortgage is a loan that allows homeowners 62 and older to convert a portion of their home equity into cash without selling their home or making monthly mortgage payments. The loan is repaid when the borrower sells the home, moves out permanently, or passes away.
Unlike a traditional mortgage where you pay the lender, a reverse mortgage pays you. You retain ownership of your home and can use the funds however you choose to pay for in-home care, cover medical expenses, supplement retirement income, or simply improve your quality of life.
Our Loan Programs
Loan Types We Handle
HECM
Home Equity Conversion Mortgage
The most popular FHA-insured reverse mortgage. Allows homeowners 62+ to convert a portion of their home equity into tax-free funds with no monthly mortgage payments required.
Reverse Mortgage
Equity Without Monthly Payments
Access your home equity as a lump sum, line of credit, or monthly payments. You remain the homeowner and the loan is repaid when you sell, move, or pass away.
Refinance
Lower Your Rate or Access Equity
Refinance your existing mortgage to reduce monthly payments, shorten your loan term, or tap into built-up equity to cover care costs and living expenses.
First Lien
Primary Mortgage Financing
A first lien loan is the primary mortgage on your home. We help seniors secure favorable terms whether purchasing a new home or refinancing their current one.
Second Lien
Tap Additional Equity
A second lien loan (home equity loan or HELOC) sits behind your primary mortgage and lets you access additional equity for care costs, home modifications, or other needs.
